Ten to twenty minutes. The guided session on the Today page is built to fit in that window and adapts to what you got wrong the day before.

An Exam Pass is a one-time purchase for a single exam, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again automatically. When the access window ends you keep your account and progress, and the paid tools lock until you extend.

Yes. From the pricing page or from the Exam Passes panel in the app you can buy a 30-day or 90-day extension. The extra days are added to your existing pass.

Yes. Passes are per exam, because the question banks, lessons, and scoring rules are different. Your progress on each exam is tracked separately, including your exam date.

Open the account menu, then Exam Passes. Each purchase has a receipt link. Receipts are also emailed by our payment processor right after checkout.

Checkout is handled by Stripe and accepts major credit and debit cards plus the local wallets Stripe offers in your country. GetReddy never sees or stores your card details.

Yes, within the window described in our Refund Policy. Write to support with the email address on your account and we will handle it. A full refund ends access to the pass it paid for.

A chargeback suspends the Exam Pass while the case is open, because the funds are pulled back. If the dispute is resolved in your favour and the purchase stands, access is restored automatically. Writing to support is faster than a dispute.

Check the spam folder and search for getreddy.so. If it is still missing, request the email again from the app, and if that fails write to support so we can check whether the address is blocked.

Yes. Profile and Security, then Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, progress, study plans, AI coach history, and product analytics. Purchase records are kept because they are financial records we are required to retain.

No. We show a readiness estimate built from your own answers, which is a strong indicator, not a guarantee. Official rules and passing scores are set by the exam authority.
