These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and GetReddy, trading as GetReddy, for your use of the GetReddy website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Our service

GetReddy is an online exam-preparation platform. We provide practice questions, flashcards, mock exams, study guides, readiness scoring, and an AI study coach for the Florida Civic Literacy Exam (FCLE) and the U.S. Naturalization civics test. Some features are available free of charge; others require a one-time Exam Pass purchase.

2. Eligibility and authority

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately at support@getreddy.so if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Engaging in fraud, spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices.
• Infringing intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
• Attempting to interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing any technical limits of the Service.
• Sharing account access or reselling access to the Service.

5. Intellectual property

GetReddy and its content, including software, design, branding, documentation, and question explanations, are owned by GetReddy and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal exam preparation.

6. User content

Any content you submit to the Service, such as support messages or feedback, remains yours. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Payments and Exam Passes

Exam Passes are one-time purchases that unlock paid features for a specific exam for a fixed access period. Prices, access periods, and included features are shown before checkout. The Service does not use subscriptions; your Exam Pass will not auto-renew.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Depending on your location, Stripe may also calculate and collect applicable taxes at checkout and handle payment-related support, disputes, and refunds on our behalf. 8. Service level

We strive to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Study content is based on publicly available exam formats and may be updated as official materials change.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. GetReddy is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency or exam administrator.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetReddy's aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data loss, or goodwill, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud, death, or personal injury).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetReddy and its representatives from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay for purchased access, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
